Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive immediate access via the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery is deemed complete once access credentials or a download link are sent to your email.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct. If you don’t receive access within 24 hours, please contact us promptly.

All sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Comparable products available elsewhere

Technical or software issues on your devices

No refunds will be granted due to technical compatibility issues on the buyer’s end.

We provide support for general usage questions of the product, on a reasonable-effort basis.

This support policy does not override or alter the no-refund policy.

We reserve the right to limit or deny support in cases of repeated misuse or abuse of our support channels.

By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes.
